We co-construct with leadership the vision and with clients of the change solutions as well as implementation plans.
We acknowledge that change is not always an easy journey and has varying pace. So, we accompany it with a caring, yet authentic and demanding discourse.

We have convictions about teams: How to develop highly effective ones? How they constitute a strong lever for an organization understood as a team of teams? Knowledge sharing and solidarity of objectives feed collaboration, collective intelligence and healthy motivation. We have convictions about organizing work: Experimentation and continuous improvement are complementary to, rather than opposed to, anticipating and taking the upper hand.

We have accompanied several transformation programs using the company’s resources to initiate and carry out change. This has always been a success and has always attracted support.Through those experiences, as through our background of operational managers, we have developed an expertise in supporting teams, which we have enriched through self-reflection and a search for best practices. Far beyond theory, we have experimented and challenged on the field, the models, methods and practices of agility at scale and coaching.
What We Do

Our method combines coaching, agile and change project management best practices.

Organizational coaching aims at raising the company’s awareness of its ability to cope with its own resources.

The coaches support the discovery of the value of an authentic conversation about issues, a shared vision, but also the collective capacity to change by collaborating, taking commitment and making teammate accountable.

They actively listen, observe systems and interactions, identify patterns in vocabulary and situations. They lend their ear beyond the vocalized conversation to the one expressed by behaviors.

Revisiting the agile manifesto for change management, we value: relationships, co-construction, exemplarity and permanent adaptation. 

Finally, we help the program to deliver the value that allows it to gain confidence in its capabilities and achieve the success that will unite the teams. Thus, as organizational coaches we evolve between 3 postures, partner of reflection, coach or assertive expert.
